Dr. Debmalya Sanyal has been in clinical practice in endocrinology from August 2007. He is a Senior Visiting Consultant Endocrinologist in the Department of Endocrinology, NH RTIICS (Narayana Health-Rabindranath Tagore International Institute of Cardiac Sciences), a tertiary care hospital having multispeciatility services. He is also a Visiting Consultant in Endocrinology in GD Hospital and Diabetes Institute (GDDI) from February 2009.
He is actively involved in academic as well as clinical practice in the field of Endocrinology. He is also actively involved in endocrine research and has more than 84 publications in national and international journals.
AREAS of INTEREST
Diabetes and transplant: He has already published four papers in this field and quite a few paper presentations. He has been DNB (doctoral) thesis co-guide in NODAT.
- Diabetes & Pregnancy including IVF pregnancy.
- Pharmacotherapy in Diabetes : Several publications.
- Diabetes & NAFLD: 2 publications.
Besides, he has keen interest in thyroid, adrenal and pituitary diseases and has several publications to his credit.
